PX-MIE100 1500V (real-time monitoring, PR system efficiency calculation)
PX-MIE100 is a detection and diagnostic system applied to photovoltaic power plant systems. Using current clamps for current sampling can record and analyze the power of different nodes in the power plant. It can be used for testing combiner boxes, string inverters, centralized inverters, etc., and for real-time analysis of the conversion efficiency of single-phase or three-phase inverters. The entire system supports network communication function and can remotely synchronize testing and control multiple testing points.
Performance characteristics:
1. Wide voltage measurement range, maximum DC voltage testing can reach 1500V to meet the testing requirements of 1500V photovoltaic systems.
2. Support network communication function and enable remote synchronous testing and control.
3. Real time voltage, current, power monitoring display, and power generation record.
4. Support irradiance and temperature monitoring functions, and provide environmental monitoring and collection records for the entire power plant.
5. By calculating the cumulative power generation and cumulative irradiance flux, the real-time conversion efficiency of the photovoltaic array can be obtained, and faults in the photovoltaic array can be detected in a timely manner, providing a reliable fault diagnosis method.
6. By calculating the theoretical power generation through supporting irradiance monitoring, and monitoring the synchronous power input and output of the combiner box and inverter, the PR values of each detection node can be calculated to quickly identify the location of efficiency decline in the photovoltaic power station.

Application cases:
By monitoring the supporting irradiance and calculating the theoretical power generation, and detecting the synchronous power and power generation at the junction box and inverter input and output, the system efficiency PR value of each detection node is calculated to quickly identify the location where the efficiency of the photovoltaic power station is decreasing.
